Controls built into LoadPilot, and practical steps that help protect your company workspace.
Account and workspace controls
The server checks signed-in accounts, company membership and role permissions. Login attempts are rate limited. Session cookies use HttpOnly protection and Secure delivery on HTTPS. Administrators can suspend access and reset passwords. Load updates use version checks to help prevent one employee from silently overwriting another employee’s changes; revision and activity records support recovery and review.
Careful data handling
Connection credentials are handled separately from ordinary load fields. The email importer treats pasted content as text rather than executable instructions. ZIP lookup shares the ZIP code with the postal-data provider rather than your load details. The Browser Companion uses permissions for its declared sites and requires confirmation before supported field filling. See its privacy notice for the exact scope.
Protect your workspace
Use a trusted, updated browser and device. Give staff only the roles they need, remove former employees’ access and sign out on shared computers. Keep account credentials, private connection keys and shared business links out of public messages. Review recipient details before sending messages or documents. These controls reduce risk; no service can promise complete security.
Report a concern
Email gdb090803@gmail.com with the affected feature, approximate time and a redacted description. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens or full customer documents. If an account may be compromised, contact your administrator to suspend access or reset its password.
