Terms of Use
Clear responsibilities for your workspace, transport records and payments. Accepting these terms does not authorize a charge.
1. The service and your agreement
LoadPilot is a software tool for organizing authorized auto transport work. The program owner operates the software and can be contacted at gdb090803@gmail.com. Your brokerage manages its own transport business, users and customer agreements. Access to the software alone does not appoint LoadPilot as your broker, carrier, payment agent or financial adviser.
By accepting these terms, you agree to use the service within the permissions assigned to you. If you accept a separate paid service agreement on behalf of a company, you must have authority to bind that company. A separate agreement controls its specific commercial terms; mandatory legal rights remain applicable.
2. Accounts and company information
Use only accounts and workspaces your company has authorized you to access. Administrators assign roles and may change or remove access. Keep credentials private, sign out on shared devices and report suspected unauthorized access. Do not access another company’s records or share private dealer numbers, documents or account information without permission.
You are responsible for permission to enter, upload and share business information and for checking its accuracy. Review extracted email details, VINs, vehicle values, transport prices, contacts, addresses and map results before saving or using them. Suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Listed business hours may differ from carrier receiving hours. Confirm the branch, access arrangements and appointments with the location when needed.
3. Fees for LoadPilot services
The program owner may offer paid access, setup, support or other LoadPilot services under a separate offer or agreement. Before purchase, that offer must identify the seller, the service, price and currency, applicable taxes or additional fees, payment schedule, and cancellation and refund terms. Review and accept that offer before committing to pay.
Signing in, accepting these terms, creating a load or entering a transport price does not authorize a payment or enroll you in a subscription. A fee becomes payable only under a separate agreement you accept. These terms do not create an undisclosed fee, authorize use of your payment method or change an already agreed price.
Configured payment and messaging rates
The current LoadPilot collection fee is 1% of confirmed payments through generated payment requests, and the SMS service fee is $0.30 per outbound message reported sent or delivered. Dispatch Dudes uses 0.4% and $0.10 respectively. Processor, carrier and voice-provider fees are separate. An already collected card application fee is not billed again. A manually confirmed payment associated with a generated request creates a usage-fee record; a payer report alone does not.
Company owners can separately authorize daily usage billing in Connections by accepting the displayed rates and adding a billing method through Stripe. Charges cover completed prior-day usage, and amounts below the processor minimum carry forward. Owners can pause future automatic usage charges in Connections. Pausing does not erase amounts already owed. Review receipts and contact support for adjustments, refunds or disputed usage.
4. Recurring billing and price changes
Recurring charges require separate, informed agreement to the amount or calculation method, billing frequency, start date and renewal terms. Any trial conversion, cancellation deadline and method for stopping future charges must be disclosed before acceptance. The seller must provide a practical cancellation method and confirm the cancellation request.
Changes to prices or billing terms must be disclosed before they take effect, with any additional agreement required by the existing contract or applicable law. Updating these terms alone does not authorize a new charge. Stopping future renewals does not by itself cancel amounts already validly owed or determine whether a refund is due.
5. Transport charges and carrier payments
Your brokerage is responsible for its quotes, invoices and agreements with customers, payers and carriers. Confirm the service, total price, currency, payment schedule, deposits and any additional charges with the responsible party before requesting payment. Customer charges and amounts owed to carriers are separate obligations.
Vehicle values are not transport prices or amounts to charge. Importing an email, saving a payer, marking a load delivered or entering payment terms does not establish that someone agreed to pay. Keep the relevant agreements, approvals and receipts with your business records.
Do not request payment from an unrelated person, duplicate a charge, misrepresent an amount owed or add cancellation, storage, late-payment or other fees without a valid contractual and lawful basis. Overdue invoices must be handled under the applicable agreement and law; LoadPilot does not create a right to debit an account, impose a penalty or collect a debt.
6. External payment pages and payment records
LoadPilot can generate a payment page for the company or employee recipient configured by your brokerage. Card payments and eligible wallets use Stripe-hosted Checkout on the connected recipient account. LoadPilot verifies signed provider receipts before recording a card payment. It does not receive full card details or hold the transport funds. Zelle instructions and externally supplied payment links require staff verification. Before paying, check the merchant, amount, currency and destination address of the payment page. The payment provider’s terms and privacy notice also apply.
A reminder, submitted payment update or “Reported” status is not proof that funds were received. For Zelle and other manually reported payments, an authorized employee must verify receipt through the relevant payment account before marking payment received. Refunds and disputes require reconciliation in the receiving account. Readiness and transport labels likewise reflect entered records, rather than independent confirmation of a physical event.
Do not enter card numbers, security codes, banking passwords, authentication codes or connection keys in notes, messages or uploaded documents. Use the authorized payment provider for sensitive payment information.
7. Cancellations, refunds and billing disputes
For LoadPilot service fees, contact the program owner at gdb090803@gmail.com. For transport charges, contact the brokerage identified in the transport agreement or payment request. Include the company, load or invoice reference, date, disputed amount and a brief explanation. Exclude payment credentials.
Refund and cancellation eligibility follows the agreement disclosed before purchase and any mandatory legal rights. These terms do not make every payment nonrefundable, impose an undisclosed cancellation penalty or remove rights to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge. Keep a record of your request and its resolution. Contacting support does not extend a bank’s or payment provider’s dispute deadline.
8. Messages, documents and shared links
Enable SMS, email and document sharing only when you have the necessary permission and the recipient and content are correct. Accepting these terms does not grant messaging consent, subscribe someone to reminders or authorize payment. Check the contents and intended audience of customer, driver and document links before sharing them.
9. Connected services and Browser Companion
You need your own authorized accounts for external services. Their terms, availability and charges apply. LoadPilot is independently operated and is not endorsed by Super Dispatch, Central Dispatch or Google. The Browser Companion pilot supports review and limited field preparation; an employee must check destination information and perform the final save or publication. Acceptance by a destination service and uninterrupted compatibility are not guaranteed.
10. Responsible use and availability
Do not use LoadPilot for unlawful activity, misleading payment requests, unsolicited messaging, unauthorized access, malicious content or disruption of the service. Report errors and keep the records needed for your business. Features and availability may change, and access may be restricted to address misuse or security problems. Any paid service commitments remain subject to the applicable agreement and mandatory law.
Suggestions, status labels and software availability are not guarantees of a shipment outcome, payment or legal compliance. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Privacy, updates and support
The Privacy Notice explains information handling. The Browser Companion notice describes extension permissions and controls. We may update these terms as the service changes and request a new acknowledgement where appropriate. Changes do not retroactively authorize fees or payment-method use.
